Artificial Grass for Schools and NurseriesMarch 15, 2017
Artificial Grass is rising in popularity as a flooring choice in schools and nurseries. It looks attractive, its low maintenance and can withstand excessive use and all weather conditions.
It has taken over from traditional playground services such as tarmac and wood chips, proving to be a safer alternative. As a landscape or sports surface, artificial grass provides a soft landing in the case of any trips or falls, it doesn’t wear and tear when exposed to frequent or heavy traffic.
Back in September we completed an installation at Harton Village Kindergarten, South Shields. This was a newly build nursery who were looking for an alternative outdoor flooring option. After discussions regarding the benefits of artificial grass in a nursery environment the client decided it was the right option for them. The main highlights were the low up keep, highly durable and more importantly the safety aspects.
The installation looks fantastic and the children love playing on it (come rain or shine). If you would like any more information on how to transform your educational space or sports field. Please contact us on: 0191 447 3553 or via email: email@example.com
